Worship

Each Sunday, St. Paul offers 2 worship services with different worship styles: a traditional service at 8:30 am and a contemporary service at 10:45 am.

Special services are planned throughout the year for occasions such as Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Christmas Eve.

Worship at St. Paul

We welcome all who want to worship without fear of judgment for physical appearance or life circumstance. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend and participate in worship!

We believe that God continually pours out the gifts of love and grace to all and those gifts are ours to accept or refuse. We strive to be a community of faith that celebrates those gifts and makes them available through passionate, relevant worship and sharing of the sacraments.

Holy Communion is celebrated at both services the first Sunday of the month. We practice an open Communion table, meaning that everyone is invited to partake.

Nursery is available for children from infant to Pre-K.

Traditional Worship - 8:30 am

This is for those who enjoy a conventional order of worship with traditional hymns accompanied by piano. This service reflects centuries of Methodist worship and includes an affirmation of faith, the Lord’s Prayer, and the Doxology.

Participants may sing from hymn books or follow lyrics on video screens.

Children are invited to a special moment with Pastor Steve and then return to their families.

Special music is often presented by soloists, ensemble groups for voice or handbells, or piano selections.

Contemporary Worship (The Current) - 10:45 am

The Current is a contemporary, energetic worship service. Praise teams present modern Christian music accompanied by the Praise Band.

Multimedia video screens enhance worship and praise.

Kids are invited to a special moment with Pastor Steve and then head to SHINE, a worship ministry just for kids.

The Current is vibrant worship that is relevant to today’s world!
