Local Missions

Helping individuals and families in need is a vital component of our spiritual growth. Here are a few of our local missions.

Diaper Dandies

The Diaper Dandies ministry was established in 2014 and provides diapers, wipes, and ointment to families in need in our community. To date, St Paul has served over 5,000 babies.

“Drive-Through” Diaper Distributions are held on Saturday morning on a bimonthly basis as possible.

This ministry is run by a team of volunteers and is funded through donations, fundraisers, and grants. Each year the Diaper Dandies Ministry hosts a “Bands for Babies” benefit concert at a local venue.

The $1/Week Ministry 

The $1/Week Ministry receives each $1 bill placed in the offering plates during worship. Collected throughout the year, one-dollar gifts are then used to provide ministry grants to local organizations and projects that are making a difference in our community.

Grants are awarded based on the following criteria: the project should: 1) address a direct, immediate need, 2) serve persons considered most vulnerable, in greatest need, or at highest risk, and 3) impact our neighborhood or community.

This ministry is based on the understanding that each time we gather in worship we bring/offer/give something of ourselves to God. It is set so that almost everyone can participate. It's effective because the one-dollar gifts add up and God opens doors to fund some amazing projects that make a difference in our community.

Since 2013, this ministry has awarded over $42,000.
